DescriptionDesert Cancer Foundation of Arizona is pleased to announce Coach Charli Turner Thorne, Arizona State University women’s basketball coach, as our “Survive and Celebrate” luncheon keynote speaker on October 25, 2018. She is the winningest coach in ASU women’s basketball history and No. 2 in the Pac-12 in most career wins (422). She has also earned a pair of gold medals with USA Basketball. She graduated from Stanford University in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and later earned her master’s degree in education from Washington in 1990. Coach Turner Thorne and her husband, Will, have three sons – Conor (19), Liam (17) and Quinn (14).
