Chandler Rotary Donation Day -- 6/19/2007

Recently, the Chandler Rotary Club awarded a grant of $1000 to The Desert Cancer Foundation of Arizona, for use in their Outreach Program, which pays for mammograms for uninsured women in the state of Arizona. The program also provides information and treatment resources for cancer patients and their families. DCFA President Paula Wirth accepted the donation at an awards ceremony held at the San Marcos Conference Center in Chandler.

A total of $8000 was awarded to twelve area non-profit organizations by the Rotary Club.
